A truly substantial organization in promoting and consolidating the current pre-engineered, pre-fabricated metal structure arena is undeniably the MBMA, or Metal Building Manufacturer’s Association. The MBMA started throughout the United States in 1956 with 13 charter members and moves ahead on its active work to the modern day. The ambitions of this organization have been, and carry forward being, making sure that there is industry-wide affinity on protection and insurance regulations, building code applications, and design guidelines.
